History.

The company commenced trading in Rosslyn, Pretoria on 7 May 1992, with a staff of six:
  • 2 Sales Representatives
  • 1 Storeman
  • 2 Drivers
  • 1 Admin. Clerk

The staff complement increased during the second year of operation and the company decided to purchase ground to build its own premises. It moved into the new and current premises in April 1995.

On the 1st November 1999 Mr Ace Mashifane purchased partnership in to the company thus recognizing us in the New South Africa, with new horizons and challenges, which in terms ensured further growth of our company.

At present our company is Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) rated, by Economic Empowerment South Africa (EESA), our current rating is a level TWO contributor.

We also contribute to Enterprize Development and Corporate Social Investment.
The company has grown far beyond expectations, and this is attributed to competitive prices and the exceptionally good service provided by its exceptional team.

Mission Statement

The company will establish and maintain itself as the leading South African Industrial Tool and General Consumables Distributor.

The company will achieve growth, profitability and shareholders returns, through the highest possible performance standards and lowest distribution costs.

The company is resonsible to the needs of the market and will provide products to the needs of the market and will provide products and service of the highest possible order.

The company encourages maximum participation by it's staff in the knowledge that we all share a common destiny.

These objectives will guide the functioning of our company and will be revisited continuously during our management review meetings, and this is to ensure that these are changed when they do not serve the company purposes anymore.
